I went to the class reunion and stayed here for 3 days. I have to say it was all to my best satisfaction. The double room was spacious, clean and bright. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was the best. We'll definitely be back. If only because you are very cordial gas providers.

Was on August 19th, 2020 for the first time with my wife in the Weißen Rössle, and can only say the food and service were great. One can only recommend the inn. My first one-star rating was an incorrect entry.

So Weisses Rössle is an absolute must. Top quality and the quantity also fits. I don't know where you can eat better in the area. The ambience isn't that modern, but when they get their food they really don't care. Can only hope that some have a cook. Then I'll propose to her. Love goes through the stomach???

The hotel's guest rooms and restaurant come highly recommended. Breakfast was plentiful. The food in the restaurant is excellent Swabian cuisine (onion roast beef, schnitzel and Brastelburger potty as well as soups and salads as starters). The service is very attentive and thinks for itself - is not so often the case today. Unfortunately, we were only passing through (1st stage of the MTB Alb Crossing), but would definitely like to come back. Brastelburg is a small place about 10 km by bike from Aalen (but mostly goes downhill).

Very nice ambience. An even better staff and a meal that surpasses everything. A must for lovers of German food. We tried Wiener Schnitzel and Käsespätzle and are both warmly recommended. "Unfortunately" ? the portion of the cheese spaetzle was very generous, so that there was still something left over, which could be packed without any problems. Will definitely come again and try our luck through the menu.

Salad three points and onion roast 4 points. The salad dressing could be improved and the meat was very tender. Service very friendly and the dining room very clean. Would eat there again anytime.

Delicious food and extremely friendly service. I learned about the positive Google recessions. Highly recommended: on Wednesday is Schnitzel day for 10.80 €! I would love to come back when I'm around!
